A superb single variety cider made from approximately equal amounts of our 2019 and 2020 vintages. They were blended before the 2020 vintage had finished and then bottled. There was a modest amount of further fermentation in bottle resulting in a naturally sparkling dry cider with a modest tannic finish.

750ml bottle pour at Cider Salon 2021, Trinity Arts Centre, Bristol, 14Aug2021. Deep golden colour, no lasting head and aroma of apple with some mucky funk. Taste is sharp, tangy, earthy, apple, zingy, funky, mucky hint with some acidity and light tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.
