Sample courtesy of Grumbo via Ed. Cheers! Aroma is apples, hints of citrus and a small amount of funk. Apple peal and some of those fizzy sour apple sweets on the taste. Nice

23/8/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale gold with no head. Aroma of semi-sweet apple, flowers, citrus, light funk, perfume, love hearts. Moderate sweetness and tartness. Moderate body, oily texture, average carbonation. Nice tart finish. Dry and acidic. Decent.

750ml bottle from Masham Cider Press stall at Masham Market. Pale golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, fruity, some funk, with slight hints of straw and sulphur. Taste is tangy, fleshy apple, tart & sour, with a caramel note, some mellow funk, and lots of drying acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, super dry finish. Nicely drinkable.
