British Cider and Perry Championships Silver Medal Winner 2019 Made from a now lost orchard of traditional Perry Pears in Herefordshire pressed and fermented at Kentish Pip Woolton Farm. We flouted tradition and added some perry from our own Kentish pears to bring that soft floral finish.

BIAB sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Slightly hazy golden amber colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of pear, apple, fruity, spice. Taste is sweetish, pear, fruity, apple core, some tartness. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.
