500ml bottle from Willow Farm. Golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, funk. Taste is tart, sharp, apple, fleshy, fruity, acidic. Medium bodied, low carbonation, very dry tart acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
