A mix of Spartan and unknown eating apples collected on a picking day with friends at Mick Scrace’s orchard, along with a dash of Dabinet from Quarry Farm. It is an easy drinker, light and crisply acidic with no edges and a long soft finish. Perfect for a warm summer evening with friends.

330ml stubbie style bottle from Bignose & Beardy. Golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of tangy apple, some funk. Taste is fruity apple, tangy, tart, citric acidity, along with some funk and just alittle tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry finish. Nicely drinkable.
