750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Pale yellow gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of perry pear, woody, funky. Taste is sweet, perry pear, fruity, fleshy, floral, with citric tartness, some light funk and alittle tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-sweet finish. Well balanced, nicely drinkable.
