750ml wired cork bottle from J & R Armitage stall at Sedgefield outdoor Farmers Market. Opened with a pop. Sparkling, golden colour, white foam head that dissipates away to a thin rim and aroma of fruity apple, white wine notes. Taste is tangy apple, fruity, fleshy, some yeasty hints, white wine noes and tart acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart finish. Nicely drinkable.
