Taste is sweet, apple, raspberry, vanilla, musk sticks, some tartness. Medium bodied, high carbonation, sweet at the finish. OK, abit sweet

5/7/2021. From BIAB at the Fat Cat, Norwich. Pours clear pale amber with minimal head. Aroma of sweet apple and raspberry with floral and vanilla notes. Medium to heavy sweetness and a very slight tart edge. Moderate body, sticky texture, low carbonation. Sticky caramel raspberry finish, picked up a little more tartness and improved when it did. Not bad but too sweet for my preference.
