Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers! Aroma is of pears and apples. Very dry finish and slightly watery. It is more dry and sour than anything really coming through on the taste at the end.

22/7/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale gold with minimal head. Aroma of apple, pear drop, citrus, herb. Medium sweetness and moderate sour. Moderate body, low carbonation. Bittersweet and tart finish with a slight salty edge. Curious brew, quite okay.

330ml bottle from Masham Cider Press Cidery stall at Masham Market. Pale golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, citric. Taste is apple, fleshy, fruity tart citric, with zingy acidity, and light funk. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.
