Bottle from Scrattings. Cloudy light gold with some thin white foam on top. Aroma has an earthy apple juice and funk. Taste of dry red apples, some funk and wood. Has an early crisp bite to it aided by the moderate zingy carbonation. Mellow finish, could do with something more maybe. Nonetheless it is a tasty cider.

500ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of funk, apple, with mucky & leathery hints. Taste is tangy, apple, fruity, bittersweet, and some funky notes, woody, earthy, with drying tannin. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
