750ml bottle from Fine Cider Co. Slightly hazy gold colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of funky apple, acetic, hay. Taste is tart, apple, tangy, orchardy, funk, leather, tobacco, woody, citric, bittersweet, with mellow tannins. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry soft tannic finish.Very drinkable.
