Bottle. Bit hazy light amber. Fresh apple, lots of juice but also a lot of barnyard and cheese. Apricot, soft oak, blueberries, grapes, leather, wet forest. Medium sweet, light bitter and sour. Over medium bodied, soft carbonation. I'm lovin it.

Bottle at home from im not sure. A hazed deep amber orange coloured pour with a lasting fine off white head. Aroma is semi swet, condensed apple, bark, brown sugars, light toffee, tangy apple, bark, light plastic. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tangy, green , bark, light toffee, condensed apple, mealy apple, spicy finish, bark tannin. Palate is semi sweet, light tang, fine carbonation. Super tasty.

750ml bottle. Hazy deep orange golden-brown colour, short-lived white bubbly foam head and aroma of apple, fruity, caramel hint. Taste is tangy, slightly tart, apple, juicy, stewed apple, some woody funk, leathery, orchardy, caramel notes, with mellow drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle at home, from Olivers online, 03/05/21. Deep cider lolly orange to faint brown with a good sized off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is bitter sweet apple, modest funk, light sugars, caramel, toffee apple. Taste comprises crisp apple, caramelised sugars, tannins, light smoke, apple puree. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Good stuff.
