Easy drinking, bright, sparkling medium cider. Well balanced with plenty of depth and body. Full and juicy with just the slightest hint of funk to keep things interesting.

Floral aroma on a murky dull golden coloured body. Sweet apple, floral, earthy, bubble gum & herbal tastes with a tangy citrussy finish. Excellent.

330ml can from The Cider House, Borough Market, London. Slightly hazy orangey gold colour, short-lived fizzy off-white foam head and aroma of funk bittersweet apple. Taste is sweetish , fruity, apple, woody, orchardy, funk, with some bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-sweet finish. Nicely drinkable.
