75cl bottle from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - very pale yellow with less carbonation than expected.
Nose - juicy pears (very Prosecco really) and fresh apples of course.
Taste - juice fruit, mainly orchard but also sweet lemon curd.
Palate - light to medium bodied, sweet middle and gentle dryness on the finish.
Overall - a pleasant change.

750ml bottle from Darts Farm. Pale yellow gold colour, bubbly white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of fleshy apple, fruity, citric, melon. Taste is slightly tart, fruity, apple, fleshy, citrus, melon, white wine, acidic. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry zesty acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
