Pressed in 2019 and bottled in 2021 A Perry made from a variety of traditional Herefordshire Perry Pears. Naturally fermented and left to mature. The result is a mellow, full flavoured Perry which has retained a natural sweetness.

Bottle from Scrattings. Clear light gold, a few bubbles on top. Aroma of mellow floral pears but not the most fruitiest on the nose. Some acidity detectable. Taste is citric, sweet, pleasant if a little dull pear juice, slightly funky acidic finish. OK.

500ml bottle. Pale yellow gold colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of floral, perry pear, citric, funk. Taste is sweetish, some initial biscuity notes, perry pear, acetic funk, mellow, tart, citric. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart finish afer some initial cardboardy oxidation that goes away, and then quite OK.
