hazy pale golden colour, (SURPRISE!) huge white head, which however collapses prompltly withing around 10 seconds; aroma of sour, unripe apple, earthy and smoked notes; dry-sourish taste with the same notes; extraordinary cider!

Bottle. Hazy golden color with big spark. Aroma is big ripe apples, good funk, barn, apple skin. Taste is not so overripe apples, minerals, decent funk and some mealy tannins. Sparkly carbonation. Good one!

23/6/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours almost clear pale golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is funky, mucky, woody, apple, citrus, hint of aniseed. Moderate sweetness and tartness. Medium body, soft carbonation. Dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

330ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Yellow golden colour, foamy white head that dissipates to a thin layer and aroma of funky apple, citric. Taste is sweetish, tangy, apple, vanilla, funk, barnyard, citric, floral, with some bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry citric and tannic at the finish. Nicely drinkable.
