Fós is made from the full juice of a blend of locally sourced culinary and dessert apples and Dabinett cider apples which is fermented to dryness, producing a cider where the acidity of the locally sourced fruit is complemented by the bitter sweet tannins of the Dabinett, resulting in a rich, smooth, still cider that is ideal for sharing with friends or while enjoying your favourite food.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of fruity apple, caramel note. Taste is slightly tangy, apple, fruity, some core and skin, a caramel note, along with mellow acidity and drying tannin. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, light carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.
