750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Sparkling, slightly hazy pale yellow colour, short-lived bubbly fizz on top and aroma of fruity perry pear, some funk. Taste is tart, fleshy, perry pear, fruity, citric acidic, some light funk & tannin, drying. Slick mouthfeel, light to medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry & tart perry finish. Nicely drinkable.
