Oh, press fruit, get juice,
Plant trees, more bees
Learn to graft, raise a glass
Wild yeasts, yes please!
Don’t spray, handpick
Natural juice, Keep it real
Look out kid
The future is yours
We better protect the orchards
As the world is getting warmer

(with apologies to Bob Dylan)

Ingredients: Apples (Dabinett, Chisel Jersey, Ellis Bitter, Yarlington Mill and Bramley) handpicked from unsprayed traditional standard orchards

375ml bottle from Orchard Explorers. Orangey gold colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of funky apple, mucky hint. Taste has light tartness, with juicy apple, fruity, tangy, slightly mucky, funk, citric and earthy drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
