Draft at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014. Pours lightly hazed gold with a frothy, white head. Fair stuff, good and drinkable, decent hop expression, light tangerine, hay, citrus rind. Light bodied with average carbonation. Lightly pithy and rindy in the finish, further tangerine. Enjoyable.

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is fresh hoppy, leafs, lawn, fresh hops, pine needles, hints of citrus peel. Taste is slightly sweet grassy, lawn, sap, leafs, pine needles, hops, bark, hints of soil. Medium to longlasting bitterness, dry mouthfeel. Very nice and easy drinking.

A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of spicy hops, petroleum, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of petroleum, malt, caramel, and pine needles, leading to a bitter finish. The body is light.

Very cloudy golden-orange color. Aroma is nice, mosaic (reminds me of Duvel?s Triple Hop): blueberry, ananas, citrus, a bit grassy, a bit bready. While the nose is very promising, the taste is a bit disappointing - lots of bread, a bit citrus, caramel, a bit bitterness. A little bit disappointing for what I’m used to by De Molen.

Sample at CBC ’14. Hazy light amber liquid with medium white head. Aroma of floral hops, blackberries, citrus, bread and wheat. Taste is dry and light to medium bitter with notes of citrus and bread. Light to medium bodied with low to medium carbonation. Meh.

Tap at CBC 2014. Beer in the glass brownish-copper colored, nice head. Mild malty-fruity aroma. Starts mild, modest malty, light fruity-sourish, all in all almost a bit washy. Dry-malty aftertaste. Okay.

Draught @ CBC 2014 [ Red Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark [ As De Molen Mosaic Pale Ale ].Unclear matt medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, moderate hoppy, green peas, dusty, light vegetables, light grass - dry grass. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, orange, caramel, dusty, light yeasty. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20140503]
