Bottle at the 'Mere, Happy New Years (Tipples had) Tastang, thanks to Fergus 21/01/22. Moderately hazed orange with a decent white crown. Nose is apple crisp, toffee apple, spice, straw, grains, sugars. Taste comprises apple pulp, tannins, crisp apple, cider lollies, modest funk, apple orchard. Full bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Solid.

Bottle at happy new year tasting. At Colin's. 21/01/2021. A clear golden orange coloured a loose. Flavour is creamy amber toffee, amber, orange rind. Juicy. Semi sweet. Ok

750ml bottle from Pilton. Yellow gold colour, short-lived white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of fruity, apple, grapey hint. Taste is sweet, fruity, apple, some barnyard funk, with caramel & woody notes, wine-like hint, and some tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-sweet finish. Nicely drinkable.
