19/4/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours almost clear pale golden with minimal head. Aroma of sweet apple juice, touch of herb, flowers, vanilla, caramel. Moderate sweetness and light bitter/tart. Medium body, soft carbonation. Light dryness and funky notes to finish.

500ml bottle from Orchard Explorers. Slightly hazy golden colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of mellow apple, caramel hint. Taste is sweetish, funky, apple, mellow, vanilla & caramel hints, with drying tannins. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tannic finish. Very drinkable.
