500ml bottle from Beers of Europe, online. Pours a clear gold, small white bubbly head which dissipates. Aroma of funk and dessert apples. Taste is sweeter and more fruity with apple than the aroma suggests, slightly syrupy, light funk, bittersweet and semi-dry in the finish. Nice spritzy carbonation which is not overdone. Turned out to be a very nice session like cider.

Bottle from the winery at Roger and Sue's, thanks to the old man, 16/09/21. Clear golden with a decent white cap as it goes for ciders. Nose is bitter sweet apple, light farmyard twang, tannins, hint of peardrop. Taste comprises funky apple, apple orchard, tannins, hay bale, apple skins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent well rounded cider.

500ml bottle from Mansgill Farm Shop. Sparkling, deep golden colour, white foam head that quickly diminishes and aroma of funk, apple, leathery, orchardy. Taste is fruity, apple, berry-like note, sweetish, some horseblanket funk and drying tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry funky finish. Quite drinkable.
