An off-dry cider from a single Herefordshire orchard farmed without the use of pesticides or fertilizers. Harvested in October 2019 from traditional cider varieties which were milled and macerated with the pomace for 12 hours before pressing. Wild fermented in tank from November through to April 2020.

29/3/2021. Can sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear dark gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet apple, caramel, apple strudel, touch of dried fruit. Medium plus sweetness and light bitterness/tartness. Quite sweet to finish, with a lingering dry and tangy tart edge on the lips. Quite enjoyed it.

330ml can from Hop Burns and Black. Golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of ripe apple, toffee & caramel notes. Taste is fruity apple, mellow, alittle skin & core, some funk, a caramel hint, and orchardy drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying fruity & tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
