Knighton Cider, dry sparkling cider. Our first release from apples grown in our own orchard, which we planted ourselves 10 years ago! A blend of Yarlington Mill, Kingston Black, Browns and Stoke Red. Well balanced, good tannins.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Sparkling, slightly hazy orange colour, white foamy head that dissipates away and aroma of mellow juicy apple, some funk. Taste is slightly tart, juicy apple, fruity, orchardy, some funk and mellow woody tannins. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tannic finish. Very drinkable.
