A delightfully frothy and lively bottle conditioned dry cider made exclusively from Jonagold apples. Lemon, lime and summer fruits combine with a pleasing cedar wood finish. This cider was pressed in 2017. After fermentation, it was primed with fresh apple juice and bottled to create a natural light carbonisation. Bottle conditioned and naturally sparkling.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Pale yellow colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of soured funky apple. Taste is tart, tangy, sour, fleshy apple, citric, acidic, some funk. Slick mouthfeel, light to medium bodied, low carbonation, dry sour acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
