A “fruity juice bomb” of a mead. Inspired by New England IPAs and given our honey twist, this one is difficult to explain. Probably best you just drink it.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Clear yellow. Citric hops, slightly stale, some mango, honey, very sweet, a bit bitterish.

330ml bottle from the Old Railway Line Garden Centre. Pale yellow gold colour, some white bubbles on top and aroma of floral, fragrant mango, flowery honey. Taste is sweet, honey, mango, floral, with citric musky hop notes and some biscuity hints. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-sweet finish. Quite OK
