Clear dark golden to amber colour, minimal off-white lacing; aroma of grainy, dried apricot, some orange peel and biscuity notes; taste is like an alcoholic apricot jam with definite amount of hops; I like it

Draft - Butterscotch and sweet stone fruit. Opaque with a decent white head. Fruity and a touch of booze with some long sticky fruity notes.

bottle - Hazy orange pour. Smells of apricots, malt, and honey. The flavor is sweet and fruity with ample honey character. Almost too sweet, but it's enjoyable.

Bottle from the dregs run. Cheers Stuu! Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of apricot and almond. Taste has honey, dried apricot and more almond, almond essence in fact. Faint spice linger.

Golden and strong. Looks perfect, tastes wonderful, and is relatively mild on the belgian flavours but bold on flavour. Ballast point SD ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle pour. Appearance is hazy light brown/dark yellow with nice sparkle, ephemeral less-than-finger-width white head with trace lacing. Aroma is champagne-like yeast, tart, apricot, honey/candied sugar over malts. Taste is candied sugar/honey, apricots over malt base; hints of barley wine in here; alcohol hidden well. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with thin texture, lively carbonation and sweet honey finish. Overall, a little on the sweet side--which is hard to do with me--but some complexity here.
