This is one fearless IPA. Seriously. So courageous in fact that the hops we used to brew it don’t even have real names yet: HBC472, HBC520, HBC586 and HBC630. Each and every one a rebellious experimental hop variety unknown – and not wanting to be known – to the mainstream. Stubborn and righteous, our Bravehops is a boon to our friends and a terror to our enemies. And to that we say: Freeeedommm!

Dose 0,44l: Golden, kräftige Trübung, kräftiger stabiler feinporiger Schaum; sehr fruchtige + würzige Nase, leichte Süße, Zitrusnoten, exotische Früchte, Mango, Maracuja, Ananas, würzige/kräutrige Hopfennoten, etwas Pinie, kräftig Malz, Getreide, kräftige Hefearomen, fruchtig-würzige Bitterkeit; sehr fruchtiger + würziger Körper, leichte Süße, Zitrusnoten, exotische Früchte, Maracuja, Grapefruit, Grapefruitzest, kräftige trockene Hopfennoten, floral/kräutrig, etwas Pinie, Malz, sehr cremig, moderate Kohlensäure, kräftige Hefearomen; fruchtig-würziger Nachgang

opalescent pale yellow colour, minimal off-white head; aroma of pear, peach, tropical fruits like pineapple and mango, grapefruit and caramel notes; taste has the same notes as can be felt in the aroma with decent hoppy bitterness; I like it, though obviously not among the best IPAs of the World

44cl Blik van De Laat. Iets mistig lichtgouden kleur, witte kraag. Hint van limoen, licht bloemig, druiven, fors restzoetje, vlak en saai en weinig echte hop-bite. Heeft exact hetzelfde smaakprofiel als veel van de recente F&F bieren, met een kunstmatig en goedkoop aandoend zoetje, en die waren ook niet top. Het pad omhoog is nog niet ingezet.
