Draught@TCBW2018. Black colour, mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is chocolate, anise, some roasted malts, syrup and mild herbs. Flavour is chocolate, some alcohol, anise, mild coffee and some toffee. Nice elements from the Raki(ja).

On tap at Koht, pours jet black with a medium light brown head. Aroma brings out lots of boozy liqueur barrels, followed by roasted malt, caramel and piney hops. Flavour is intense, with a wonderfully complex raiki notes, followed by roasted malt, caramel, dried fruits and a punchy piney hops. Complex and well-designed. Excellent.

Tap at TCBW 2018. Pours black with light brownish head. Aroma is sweet, roast, malt, chocolate. Flavor is sweet and bitter, roast, malt, coffee, chocolate. Finish is roast bitter with some booze. Tap at TCBW. Opaque colour, medium-sized brownish head. Toasted, cocoa aroma. Medium-bodied. Malty, mellow, toasted, some cocoa. Can,'t trace rakija, maybe mellowed the edges.
