Bottle at Hrabal, Budapest. Full golden body, medium sized lasting white head. Fine malty nose. Light grainy malty taste, really "Czech", but scant hopiness though, just some floweriness and light herbal bitterness that builds up.

(bottle, as Pepinova desitka, 4.1% abv) Slightly unclear, golden colour with a thick but quickly diminishing foamy white head. Slightly dusty and minimal sugary malty and grainy nose with traces of butter and herbal hops. Light-bitter flavour, light bodied with a medium carbonation. Soft grainy malty taste with shy hoppy spice; slim grainy finish with a faint level of bitterness. 07.X.08

Bottle (purchased at the Pivovar): Golden, visible carbonation, smaller loose white head with a little lace; sweetish-grainy, a bit buttery nose with a small amount of hops; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, soft MF; light to moderate sweet-bitter finish. Nothing outstanding, but quite well drinkable........
