Vom Faß im Jing A Taproom, Peking. - Orangegelb, leicht trüb, lockerer Schaum. - In der Nase schöne Grapefruit und Mango. - Im Antrunk gut herbe Grapefruit(schale), abgemildert durch mild süße Mango. Gut rezent, angenehm mineralisches Mundgefühl. Im Abgang beträchtliche, trocken-harzige Hopfenbittere. - Unkompliziert aber ordentlich gehopft und gut bitter: ein angenehmes Pale Ale.

Dark hazy golden color. Frothy white head. Lightly hopped mouth. Clean, moderately bitter but not so distinguished mouth. Balanced and somewhat refreshing, but does t take me anywhere special.

Keg at Jing A Taproom, Beijing. Hazy amber, small head. Fruity nose with caramel and light citrus. Mid sweet with light-medium body and clean mouthfeel. Fruity with crystal malt, notes of caramel and citrus. Mid bitter finish. Surprisingly anonymous.
