375ml bottle from Protokoll, Berlin. Pours dark reddish with a bubbly pink head. Aroma of sour cherries, tartness, hints of earthiness and funky bretta notes. Taste is sour, earthy and funky yeasty with some tartness, loads of cherries and farmyardy notes. Finish is sour and tart with loads of cherry juice, earthiness and hints of funky yeastiness. Pretty good.

On tap at Moscow BCD’17. Foggy crimson red look, small head. Massive natural cherry on nose. The fruit is totally alive. Light to medium body. dry and tart tasting feel. Lots of mentioned berries again. Lightly acetic. Smooth. Delicious.
