[ As Fermentoren Pilsner ].
ABV: 4.6%. Hazy medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, herbal - floral, light to moderate hoppy, grass - grassy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, grassy, light floral - herbal, eggy notes, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190508]

From tap. Pours cloudy yellow, white head. Aroma is grassy, slight eggy. Toasted, grassy. Bitter. Grassy. Dry and herbal hoppy finish.

Tap at Fermentoren, Copenhagen, Denmark. Pours classic transparent gold with fine white foam. Aroma is very herbal and balsamic. Very particular for a pils. Body is average, like carbonation. Taste is medium bitter. Finish is average.
