Aroma funky, cheesy, white wine fruity. Bit of earthiness. Taste is great, very mellow, less wine, more cheese. Light fruitiness. Very nice.

Dark amber color with no head. No carbonation. Woody smell, more aggressive tanine-like aroma and taste, darker fruits than the vin blanc one. Dark dark dark, some sugar-caramel in there as well. A really good one!

Pours light mahogany, no head. Compared with others, the aroma is a bit more subdued, is winey and has a distinct character of barrel-aging. Sweetish dryness. Taste feels also aged, flowing, light and thick at the same time. A slight hint of caramel. A slow sipper, truly enjoyable.

Dark mahogany color. Virtually no head. Very deep sour nose with lots of oak, butterscotch, cherries and just a hint of the white wine. Extremely low carbonation, oak, cherries, sour milk chocolate with a touch of white wine. Very warming finish. Nice but found the beer went a few too many directions and a bit overly oaked.
