Taste is nice and sour. Oud bruin like. Bit of brown sugar, but plenty of tartness. Teeth coating. Barley or mugi-cha.

On tap at Saint Bon Chien Days Erzbierschof. Brown-amber color with hardly any carbonation. Peppery nose, sweet-sour aroma. But not too sweet, rather balanced. The pepper is present throughout the taste and remains in the finish. Interesting, but maybe a bit too peppery. Low carbonation, winey mouthfeel.

Pours darker brown, slightly hazy with a small head. Has some sour malt acid aroma. Quite acidic but in a good way. Leaves some fermented apple feeling into throat. Nice.

Slightly smokey, sour that some how reminds me of tsukemono. Nice, smokey mouth with oak and vanilla. I love the sour smokey finish. Delicious.
