Bottle. More or less black colour with a small beigeish brown head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is coffee, some wood, mild spiciness, some toffee, alcohol and mild cinnamon to it. Flavour is chili, some wood, mild coffee, chocolate, mild alcohol as well as some slight cinnamon and wooden tones too. Smooth, apart from the alcohol pushing through a bit much.

75 cl bottle @ FF tasting. Rated on 13.03.2021. Bottled 13.12.2019, BBE 12/2024. Aroma is somewhat mild with cocoa, mild bourbon and alcohol. Flavour has sweet bourbon tones, woody notes and alcohol. Rather flat palate, low on CO2. Decent. Rated on 2021-03-13.

(Bottle, 0.75l - bottled on 13.12.2019 - BBE 22/2024, from the brewery, 20200815) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, vanilla and dark chocolate. Palate was full bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, vanilla, alcohols, ash, cocoa powder and bitterness. Aftertaste was boozy, sweet and bitter. A boozy brew with strong barrel notes.
