This beer is brewed with 100% pilsen organic pale malt. Originally developed for sale in mountain chalets restaurants around Sainte-Croix, it’s a thirst-quenching crisp beer akin to a blonde ale or a Kölsch, brewed at 5.5% ABV.

As a pils and pale ale lover, I appreciate this beer, the brewer says that it is a kölsch, but it sounds more a pils or pale ale, 20.05.2019, drinking it at Urba-Kids, Orbe and drinking it several times, never understand why they stop this brewery, really stupid not to give this brewery at some youngs people. This one was for me the art of the pils/pale ale, perfect at all the time and in particular during the summer, a perfect touch of hop.

0.33l bottle, ABV 5.0%; hazy yellow colour, large, dense (off-)white head; aroma of apricot, grape, citruses with hints of mint (like a lemonade with mint leaves), and slight grainy-bready notes; taste of bitter orange, grape(seeds), slight apricot, and quite intensive hoppyness; well, I'm quite sure that it is not a kölsch, but anyway, it is really enjoyable

Danke an anstei. Süffiger, getreidig herber Beginn. Moderat bitterer Mittelteil, der Hopfen bleibt schwach. Weiche Karbonisierung, blumig. 9/10/9/9/8/9

Clear, yellow colored, average frothy white head. Aroma is malty, some grain, bit fruity, straw. Taste is medium sweet malt, bit grains, fruity, bit hay, medium to light bitterness, dry finish. Medium bodied, soft carbonation.

Bottle. A simple kölsch, but almost a pale lager too. Definitely quaffable, but there are kölschs with more taste and aroma. okay.

Hazy yellow color with big white head. Aroma is fruity, spicy yeasts, a bit bready. Taste is again bready, fruity, spicy, a bit of grains/malts, refreshing! Flowery as well. A good amount of carbonation, but still kinda soft. Solid!

Meine vorliegende Version hat 4,8%.
Ich meine mich zu erinnern, meine Flasche im vergangenen Jahr in Neuenburg [Neuchâtel] in einem sehr toll sortierten Bierspezialitätenladen erstanden zu haben. Hellgelbe, ins Orangene gehende Farbe, weißer Schaum. Der Geruch ist frisch und leicht zitronig.
Im Antrunk frisch-zitronig-süffig, Sehr voller Geschmack, sehr weich. Zum Hauptteil wird das Bier vollmundig, ganz leicht hefig, und auch sehr toll zitronig. Da es laut Etikett nur reinheitsgebotskonforme Zutaten enthält denke ich, dass der tolle Geschmack sowohl im Hopfen als auch in einer wahrscheinlich etwas zitronensauren Hefe begründet liegt. Der Nachgeschmack ist lang anhaltend, mild-weich und klasse zitronig-frisch, ohne sauer zu wirken!

Bottle: Golden, a bit hazy, small and persistent white foamy layer, dryish fruity and herbal-hoppy nose; dry bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, soft; fruity and aromatic-hoppy finish. Well crafted Kölsch, better than many samples from Köln...

Bottled, thanks Bov! Clear pale golden, small head. Fruity and lightly grassy. Light bodied with clean, rounded mouthfeel. Light flavoured but crisp and nicely drinkable. Low bitterness.
