Enfin un Ipa de session dans notre gamme. Cette bière a été réalisée avec la collaboration de Tom de la brasserie Storm and Anchor. L’houblonneage soutenu
dans cette bière à la densité faible lui donne du corps et une bonne palette de goût dans les fruits exotiques ainsi qu’un côté herbacé. Nous l’avons appelée Good Morning Ipa, car elle peut se boire le matin déjà !

For a beer with a low degree of alcool, I give a good rate, pleasant and eternal nice IPA, coming from a serious brewery, delicious, 11.08.201, drinking it at Lausanne, Prélaz, buying it for sure at the ex grain d'Orges, Crissier.

bottiglia 33 cl, bel cappello di schiuma bianco sporco fine molto persistente, colore giallo/arancio torbido, al naso intenso passion fruit agrumi, in bocca è leggera frutta tropicale ananas pompelmo, corpo leggero, watery, leggero salato, carbonazione decisa, secca con amaro accentuato lungo nel finale. Non è male ma manca un po di corpo. 22.06.18

Appearance: Orange golden, clear. Some off-white head.
Aroma: Light hops, light fruits.
Taste: Nice hops, citrus fruits. Nice, lingering bitterness. Pulls a punch for a 3% beer.
Bought: La Petite Brasserie (Fribourg), 330 ml, CHF 4.80

On tap at Erzbierschof Zurich. Pours amber. Slighlty hoppy nose, quite watery taste, definitely a session IPA. Very light, but still ok in maltyness and hoppyness.

Dark reddish-orange color with big head. Aroma is nice and hoppy, light. Peaches and berries. Sweetish taste, light and refreshing. Could be better. Okay Session IPA, a bit off in the taste.
