A DDH IPA. The large helping of hops give this IPA a delicious hop flavour to balance the malt body.

Brewed as a one off Easter Beer, we liked it so much we added it to our core range. Heavily dry hopped twice during fermentation with heaps of Mosaic and Simcoe, this beer has a great fruity taste backed up by a resiny pine finish.

Malt: Extra Pale
Hops: Cascade, Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe

Can. Pretty much a clear gold beer, tidy bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, a little thin, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth malts, sweet and mildly creamy but I believe, defining the thinness. Light crisp pine. Light but nicely juicy modern Simcoe, bright citrus with a nice mildly ripe pineapple streak. Mosaic is very much second fiddle here but, a mild candy fruits along with the pine on the back end. Whisper of hop spice in the aftertaste. A little thin then but I'm digging the Simcoe delivery.

Ty Grumbo. This is decent citrus forward IPA. It has nice bitterness and really dry grapefruit flavor with good malt backbone. I do get slight acetone in the background, which is annoying. 3.4

Clear golden color with a white layer on top. Moderate intensity in the aroma. Medium body and a soft to flat carbonation level. Tad sweet and a moderate bitterness. Quite unbalanced. Malty, mild citric and fruity flavor. Dull hopeless beer. Some carbonation would have helped it a bit.
