Double decocted Pilsner. First- a portion of the mash was baked in a wood fired oven using ancient Lithuanian "keptinis" beer technology. Then we performed traditional decoction mashing, this way creating rich and toasty wort.

Mikkeller Beer Celebration, Blue Session. Clear dark golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of biscuit malt, caramel, straw. Taste of biscuit malt, spicy hops, cereals, dry bitter finish.

MBCC: deep gold with white head. Aroma is grainy and grassy, some herbs. Nothing too out there. Slightly sweet, grassy pils.

MBCC. Clear dark golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and light grainy. Flavor is medium sweet. Sweet finish. 100524

Hazy golden. Aroma is grainy malt with lihht herbal mint hops. Taste is rough grainy a bit earthy and some sour rather strange starch. Medium body. I like the earthy rough stuff but aroma and sourness are not so convincing.

Nice lager with a pleasant bitterness Clear golden pour and a fine white head. Ok lacing Decent intensity in the aroma Mellow sweetness and an ok bitterness Ok carbonation level Malty, mild fruity and herbal flavor [On tap at Good Guys Taproom in Karlstad, Sweden]

Draught, half pint. @Artbeerfest 2023, Caminha (Portugal). 14/07/2023 [#6.549 Global - #4 Lithuania - #3 Sakiškių alus] Pours clear golden with a small off-white head. Mostly lacing. Aroma: yeast, spices, straw and soft honey. Taste: spiced malts, straw and grains. Light fruity palate. Soft bodied. Next one please!

Mai-23 - endelig tilbage i Dronningens by, og det fejrer jeg med å gå planken på Skaal: helt klar gylden med ok skum. Lys malt, urter, fyrrenåle og et strejf af citrus. God bitterhed og tør afslutning.
