Bottle shared with Petra and Jose. Pours opaque golden with no head. Nose is very interesting mix of citric, floral and herbal notes and some funk. Taste is moderately tart, showing funk, lactic and slight acetic acid with that fruity-citric-herbal character that was present in the aroma. Closes with a tart, citric and herbal finish, has a light to medium body and soft average carbonation. There's that interesting character that I can't really put my hand on. I've never had medlar before but I guess it's coming from that. Anyway, funny and unusual but definitely quality.

DC Share. 750ml bottle. Poured a slightly hazy yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was light funky notes, light tart, apple notes. Wild and funky. Nice acidic character to it. I really dug this one.

Bottle from Midovark: pours hazy light yellow with white head. Aroma is weird apple like flavors, light funkiness. Taste is apple-like fruitiness, acidity. Hefty funk. Interesting and pleasant.

It's been a while since I had medlars have been this well blet. Supreme beltness of medlars, from what I can understand from Mansquito. Hazy golden pour with decent head. Tart finish. Decent beer though.

750ml bottle. Really odd aroma. Interesting sugary apple tone. Lemony earthy green apple. Quite unique, tasty.
