Bottle. I had this before and was not impressed. This one doesn’t have a very outspoken aroma but has quite dry apple, funk, green leafy notes, oak, dry sour green apple juice. Over medium dry. Not great, but an improvement for sure.

Bottle shared at home. Golden and clear with thin white head. Sour apples, vinegar, sweet apples, blossomy, yellow paprika, sour peach. Medium body and soft carbonation. Bit too sour, bit too bitter, bit too sweet and too little body. --- Beer merged from original tick of Appel Cider Brut on 05 Sep 2019 at 22:12 - Score: 6

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro! Clear light golden with nice ring of white bubbles. Nice funk, lemon, soft pear, light vinegar, gooseberries, dry cellar, fresh twigs, old wood, winegums. Light sweet, almost medium sour and light bitter. Almost medium bodied with dry finish. A bit like a Basque cider. Too much vinegar for me. Sweet
