Bottle, rating #14000. Hazy golden-orange color with quite some floatees and a white head. Aroma is strawberries indeed, pretty fruity, very jammy. Taste is quite acidic, dry, not as fruity and jammy as the aroma, but not crossing the edge to being overly acidic, some yoghurt-like character too. Foamy-ish carbonation. Good one actually, though not a masterpiece, strawberry is just hard to get right if you want it to age for a couple months in a bottle.

2/7/2022. Bottle shared at fonefan tasting. Pours cloudy pale orange with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is fruity, tart, yeast, strawberry. Moderate sweetness, medium to heavy sour. Moderate body, average carbonation. Enjoyable.

Bottle @ Fonefan tasting. Hazy golden with a white head and lots of floaties. Flavor is sweet, malty, heavy starwberry marmalade. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 020722
