In 2017, we started our new special series of limited beers - Estonian Wild Ale. Our brewmaster Heiki collected yeast and bacteria from Estonian nature, and we used local produce for brewing. Then we let time to do its miracle.

Fast gone small head over crystal-clear metallic orange-golden beer. Sour apples, farmyard odours, cidery, lemon, limeleaf, treeleaves, bark. Lemon, again sour fruit, rhubarb, wild yeasts. And again quite cider-like flaovurs. Green appleskins; warming up, cumin. Acidburn and -thinning, lipsmacking acidity. Phenomenal wild ale from the masters of Imperial stouts. Main thing is that it is remarkably cidery - the fruityeasts?

Dark golden colour with thin head. Sharp and slightly acidic with a touch of vinegar. Grapey. Vinous.

Bottled 750ml. -at ambasada Zagreb. Unclear golden coloured, small white head, yeasty berries nose. Fruity, yeasty, light spicy and overall quite tart taste with descreet touch of barrel.
