(Bottle, 0.75 l, a sample, at CoolHead Taproom, 20210923) The beer dark brown and cloudy. Its head was small and nearly white. Aroma had vanilla, wood, sweet rye bread and toasted notes. Palate was full bodied, warming and bit sticky with medium carbonation. Flavours were toasted malts, vanilla, wood, sweet rye bread, vineousness and bitterness. Aftertaste was woody, sweet, malty and bitter. A decent but too sweet brew with rather strong barrel notes.

Draught @ Coolhead, Helsinki. Sweet, heavy and sticky syrupy with some rye whisky, oak, woody notes, caramel, toffee and warming alcohol. Okay.
