Black color with low beige head. Aroma: dark chocolate, dried dates and prunes, vanilla, cinnamon, nuts, toasted oak. Taste: high viscosity, vanilla, sweet chocolate, nuts, warming abv, vanilla sugar coated roll. Full bodied, low carbonation. Great, complex, delicious sipper.

From bottle at BBT, October 2021. Deep brown color with beige head. Aroma of marzipan, vanilla, oak, nutty, dark malt, whiskey. Taste, sweet, caramel, oak, nutty, chocolate, bourbon, warming alcohol.

Bottle at BBT 10/2021. I have a slightly worse sense of smell this time. Very intense, moderate alcoholic warmth, moderately round edges. This one mostly strikes me as malty. I am a coconut junkie and honestly, there is just light coconut in my opinion. Also the bourbon barrels add rather hints of complexity than intense flavours. I mostly get strong chocolate, cocoa, coffee. That said, there is lots of character to go around, rich, intense. Very good. Med-high sweetness, med-light bitterness, moderate booze.

Można by się rozpisać, ale będzie w skrócie ( dużym skrócie, bo piwo się otwiera, a nie chce mi się dopisywać), w nosie pierwszy plan kokos, dębina, waniliny, po ogrzaniu szlachetny alk. W smaku śliwka w czekoladzie, kokos. Choć słodziaśnie i deserowo to posiada kontrę ( jest balans ale deserowy, przegięty w słodką stronę ), przyjemny delikatnie alkoholowy ( bourbonowy finisz), alkohol jest dobrze ułożony. Wysycenie odpowiednie ( jak na beczkę nie jest odgazowanie ). W szkle ładnie, etykiety premium ( mocno mi się podobają ). Fajne beczki WTurkey o czwartym stopniu wypalenia, a Buffalo TB w beczkach z białego dębu (naturalnie w południowo-wschodniej Kanadzie oraz wschodniej części Stanów Zjednoczonych) - taka ciekawostka ( jeśli się mylę proszę poprawić ). Piwo dopracowane, solidne , bez wad , do mnie trafia. Im cieplej bardziej beczka wychodzi ( destylat ).
