This beer drinks really close to some of our favourite French “glou glou” Pét-Nat wines. Filled with cherry and red fruits aromas balanced with a slight tartness and funk notes. Delights with a vibrant cherry color topped with a pinkish, long lasting foam. Unpasteurised and so changing with time – perfect for refermentation and long aging!

bottle. gusher. agressive gusher, but most of the beer stayed in the bottle nevertheless. super nice sour and tart aroma, almost phenolic, quite sour, red fruity notes. Flavor is sour and tart with leather like notes,alc., i think yeast, grapes (green). quite easy drinking even though it is quite sour.

Shared bottle at Moravska vernisaz, Olomouc. Ruby color with minimal pinkish head. Red grapes, light malt, red berries, yeast in aroma. Taste is very winey with red grapes, red berries, tannins, light malt, cherries, funk, wild yeast. Tasty sipper.
