Le cidre demi-sec pur jus se fait dans le respect des méthodes traditionnelles du pays d’auge, ayant une couleur aux reflets orangés accompagné de ces bulles fines, de ces arômes fruités et typique du pays d ‘auge. Il se consomme de préférence entre 8° et 10° en apéritif nature ou en kir normand et accompagne le repas.

Bottle straight from the source. Golden. Sweet and sour and bitter. Sweet apples, watery pear, dry peels, bitter and dry. Light sickly milky notes. Very dry, somewhat nutty. Tannins. Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Almost clear golden, not much bubbles going on. Sweet apple, light caramel, orange, woody, more citrus, flowery, caramel. Under medium sweet and tart, quite light bitter. Under medium bodied, low carbonation and bone dry. Interesting stuff.
