Poured from small leftover bottle of 500mL bottle (thanks beerplace). Clear copper with no head. Stewed apples, some apple core, background spice. The apple acidity hasn't been overwhelmed by the sweetness of the ice cider here. Quite nice.

Tasting at Matt's, corked bottle
Beautiful, luminous, copper colour. Strong smell of spices, mulled wine. Good body strength, moderately sweet; stewed apples, spices, quite strong acidity, and also quite evident astringency; the alcohol is quite evident too.
Good,

Very tall 500ml @ Matt's new place. Appearance: clear copper with no head. Aroma: sweet concentrated apples, some apple seeds, and a bit of spice. Taste: along the same lines, a bit more acidic than Ice Ciders usually. Overall: good one.

500mL bottle, pours a clear gold bronze, no head. Aroma is rich, with lots of winter spices, stewed apples, and toffee apple. Flavour tastes less spicy than the nose suggested, with stewed apples, some tartness, light toffee, and brown sugar. Moderately tart, moderately sweet, lightly spicy. The spiced aspect works pretty well, though I'd still prefer this without the spices. More tart than the average ice cider. Good, but far from my favourite of the style.
